1. Respectful communication

✅ Treat each other with respect — people from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds are part of this community. Respect other opinions, even if they differ from yours.
❌ Insults, threats, bullying, and provocation are forbidden.
❌ Swearing and obscene language are prohibited.
❌ Do not deliberately provoke conflicts or attack other users.

❌ Religious disputes or propaganda.
❌ Racism, discrimination, or any form of hate speech.
❌ 18+ content (explicit material, violence, etc.).

3. Usernames

✅ Your username must be appropriate, neutral, and not cause negative associations.
❌ Inappropriate usernames include:— insulting or offensive ones;
— containing swearing, obscenity, or vulgarity;
— related to politics or political figures;
— related to religion in a provocative way;
— containing racism, discrimination, or hostility of any form;
— created to provoke conflicts or draw negative attention.

❌ Users with such names will be immediately banned.They are forbidden from: posting messages, creating topics, participating in contests, or taking part in any forum activities.
⚠ Excuses such as “it’s just a joke” or “it’s funny” will not be accepted.

4. Content and sections

✅ Each forum section has its own purpose. Post your topics in the right categories.
❌ Spam, flooding, swearing, and any inappropriate behavior are prohibited.

5. Reports and moderation

— If you notice a violation, use the “Report” function and indicate which rule was broken.
— Reports apply to everyone without exception — including moderators, administrators, and even developers.
— Users who actively help keep the forum clean (with correct reports) may be rewarded.
— Any forms of nepotism or personal benefit with the administration are forbidden. This includes:• covering up violations “because of friendship”;
• receiving privileges or leniency due to personal ties;
• using connections to bypass rules or gain advantages.
— Arguing with the administration is pointless: their decisions are final.However, within the administration there is also Kami — a role dedicated to handling the most difficult and controversial cases. Kami acts as an arbiter, ensuring fairness and equal treatment for all participants.
— Moderators and administrators reserve the right to remove inappropriate posts, issue warnings, and apply bans.
— Rules may be changed or updated by the project administration at any time.
